All products sold by Glide Motors offer free shipping and a return policy. The terms of each product's specific policies are present on each product page. Unless specified otherwise, our products offer refunds for up to 15 days after the date of arrival. Full refunds are offered if products are damaged in shipping or distribution or otherwise by the fault of Glide Motors. Exchanges are offered only by exception. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping to return their product. The return shipping location can be found by contacting us or by returning to the return address provided. Returns are processed within 5 days of receiption.
